Hi, I’m Kathrin Kascha. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and brand communication, I work where brands begin to feel right and truly understood.
Currently, I create visual stories, AI short films and communication solutions designed to connect with people on an emotional level.

As an experienced leader and marketing professional in national and international environments, I bring together strategic and analytical thinking, strong execution skills, psychological insight and creative expertise to shape communication that works both digitally and traditionally.
Today, I work at the intersection of visual storytelling, emotional design, consumer psychology and UX. I create visual narratives, AI-based film formats and communication solutions in search of new forms of impact, coherence and emotional resonance.

Head of the national marketing department with full responsibility for all marketing disciplines, including budget and teams.
Oversight of all B2C, B2B and B2G marketing activities and campaigns, both online and offline. Leadership of a comprehensive rebranding rollout, website relaunch including e-commerce, agency management, in-housing of performance marketing, implementation of a new CRM system and data-driven processes. Responsibility for TÜV audits for quality management.
Management of central advertising campaigns across 19 European countries. Relaunch of 15 country websites and establishment of a centralized European online and offline marketing support structure.
Responsibility for the operational implementation of national and local marketing initiatives and campaigns. Support of marketing leadership in project management, planning, reporting and analysis.

Destination marketing for the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism in the DACH region. Strategic planning and execution of B2C and B2B marketing and campaign activities. Cooperation with airlines and tour operators, trade fair and event management, planning and coordination of study and press trips to the destination. Graphic design and production of marketing assets.
